Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is well known for her portrayal of Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy TV show. Tarlov is from Manhattan as the middle daughter of two. In the year she turned 10 she began her acting career with the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th graders who attended the show were extremely impressed. When she grew older, she spent her summers at Interlochen Center for the Arts and in Paris learning with NYU's Tisch. She studied a wide range of different styles of acting, and graduated with her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. She also attended The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate the writing aspect of her act at The LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly swapped her black winter coat for a pair of sunglasses in black and headed out into Los Angeles. The parents of her were extremely impressed by her success in landing a part consisting of just three lines on iCarly. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. She also created the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is known to claim that she's a great basketball player despite the fact that it's far from factual.
